# Disable Antivirus

### Check for Antivirus and Defender <a href="#check-for-antivirus-and-defender" id="check-for-antivirus-and-defender"></a>

* Search **Windows Defender** -> **Virus & Threat-Protection** -> Disable **Real-Time Protection**
* Alternatively download [DControl](https://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/getmirror/defender_control,1.html) to disable the Windows Defender completely Password Is "Sordum"
* In the List of Programs, search for Antivirus Software and uninstall it

### Check Windows Version <a href="#check-windows-version" id="check-windows-version"></a>

* Press windows key, then type in winver and press enter.
* **If you are on Windows Version 22H2 or higher**, please disable **Memory Integrity** (click [**here**](https://youtu.be/DWLEAtvX4pc?si=gCQD5Vi-Gj9C4gb2)) and the **Vulnerable Driver Blocklist** (click [**here**](https://www.elevenforum.com/attachment-download-timer/43400)). After you did both, make sure to restart your PC.
